We're always looking for the following items:
Canned Soup (low sodium)
Canned Fruit & Vegetables
Applesauce (no sugar added)
Dried fruit, raisins
Low sugar fruit jams and jellies
Oats or oatmeal
Rice, brown or white
Shelf Stable Milk & Alternative Milks (Soy, Rice, Almond, etc.)
Canned Chicken & Turkey
Canned Tuna or Salmon in water
Vegetarian Beans & Soups (low sodium)
Dry peas, beans, or lentils
Peanut butter & other nut butters
Cooking Oils, like Olive and Canola
Fresh Produce (especially during the off-season: December-April)
Mixes and cereals made with water, instant oatmeal, baby cereal, pancake mix. Many households are without eggs, milk, or butter, so anything that only requires water is perfect. Like pancake mixes, cereals, oatmeal, Ramen, boxed noodles, instant rice .
Mac and cheese
Canned and dried beans/lentils/chickpeas ,Minute Rice combo pack/ of rice and beans together.
Any diabetic friendly non perishable food items are appreciated as we have several diet sensitive/ restricted clients.
Feminine Hygiene Items
Grocery gift cards/ certificates, checks money orders, we also take credit card donations on the site. Household cleaning items, blankets, cold weather hats and gloves, house hold items, electric wheel chairs , ramps for wheel chairs.
We can’t accept:
· Rusty or unlabeled or expired cans
· Perishable items (applies only to food drive donations)
· Homemade items
· Non-commercial canned or packaged items
· Alcoholic beverages
· Open or used items
